1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gv888 website accessible at gv888.io, including all associated pages, services, features, and content.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account on or uses the gv888 platform.
• "Account" means the registered gv888 player account associated with a unique Bangladesh mobile number and identity profile.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's gv888 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Player from a verified payment method that carry no wagering requirement by default.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Mobile Wallet" means a Bangladesh mobile financial service including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay used for deposits and withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action by a Player that is expressly forbidden under Clause 9 of these Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued documentation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing gv888, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions:

• Checking the acceptance checkbox during registration.
• Completing the first login to a gv888 account.
• Making the first deposit or placing the first bet on the platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by gv888, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other game category available on the platform. They apply in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published elsewhere on gv888.

3 Account Registration

3.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is strictly permitted to hold one active gv888 account. Multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, payment wallets, or IP addresses — are prohibited. Where gv888 detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and any outstanding withdrawals placed on hold pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gv888 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must notify gv888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. gv888 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to maintain secure login credentials.

3.4 Accurate Registration Details

You must register with your legal name, date of birth, and a mobile number that is registered in your own name in Bangladesh. Providing false registration details — including fictitious names, borrowed mobile numbers, or incorrect dates of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the balance.

4 Age Verification

gv888 will verify the age of every Player during or following registration. Age verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID).
• Valid Bangladesh passport.
• Bangladesh birth registration certificate (where NID is not yet issued).
• Bangladesh driving licence.

Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, gv888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict gameplay. Where a Player is confirmed to be under 21 years of age, the account will be closed, any deposits returned to the originating mobile wallet, and any winnings or bonus funds forfeited. gv888 will report confirmed underage gambling to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gv888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gv888 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction for mobile wallet methods. Maximum single deposit limits are displayed at the time of initiating a transaction and vary by payment method and account tier. 5.3 Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified mobile wallet or card registered on your gv888 account. Third-party wallet withdrawals are not permitted. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. In cases where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 48 hours. gv888 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have passed KYC verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus forfeited before withdrawal of real money funds.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the daily or monthly limits applicable to your account tier.
• The funds must have originated from a deposit made by the account holder themselves.

5.5 Failed or Reversed Transactions

gv888 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the Player's mobile wallet provider or bank. If a deposit is reversed or charged back after funds have been applied to the gv888 balance, the equivalent amount will be deducted from the current balance. If the balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, the deficit will be treated as a debt owed by the Player to gv888.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by gv888 are subject to specific terms that are disclosed at the point of opt-in. These Terms & Conditions form the general framework; individual promotion pages contain the specific wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each offer.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New gv888 players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit to trigger the bonus, and bonus expiry date are all stated on the promotion page. Players must opt in prior to making their qualifying deposit — retrospective bonus applications are not accepted.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met using real money funds only — staking bonus funds does not count towards bonus wagering progress unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Games with an RTP above 97% or identified as low-contribution games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards wagering completion. 6.4 Bonus Abuse

gv888 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Patterns that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed specifically to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and making qualifying deposits via payment methods that are subsequently reversed. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, gv888 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.

6.5 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's balance without notice. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A bet is only confirmed once the Player receives an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount is deducted from their gv888 balance. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical failures, network interruptions, or insufficient balance are not valid and carry no obligation for gv888 to honour them.

7.2 Odds and Markets

gv888 reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or withdraw any betting market, odds, or line at any time prior to the commencement of an event or during an event where live betting is offered. Bets already accepted at the time of a market withdrawal remain valid unless the event itself is declared void under Clause 7.4.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on each betting market at the time of bet placement. gv888 may apply lower maximum stake limits to specific Players without prior notice where unusual betting patterns are identified.

7.4 Void Events and Bets

gv888 may declare a bet void in the following circumstances:

• An event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or abandoned without a result.
• The bet was accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Evidence of match manipulation, spot-fixing, or other integrity violation affecting the event is confirmed by the relevant sports governing body.
• The Player was not eligible to place the bet due to a self-exclusion, restriction, or suspended account status that was not correctly enforced due to a technical error.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's gv888 account balance. No winnings are paid on void bets.

7.5 Palpable Errors

gv888 reserves the right to void bets accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, odds on a heavy favourite set at 50.00 due to a data entry or feed error. Such errors will be corrected and affected Players notified. Stakes on voided palpable error bets are returned in full.

8 Casino Games

8.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on gv888 — including slots, live casino, and RNG table games — are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the game studios. gv888 does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the actual configuration of the game on the gv888 platform and are the theoretical long-run average payout percentages determined by the game software.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a casino game malfunction — including disconnection during a live casino round, freezing of a slot game mid-spin, or a technical fault causing an incorrect payout — gv888 reserves the right to void the affected game round. Where a void is applied, the round stake is returned to the Player's balance. Winnings generated from a provably malfunctioning game session are not paid. Malfunction voids all pays.

8.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are hosted by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the studio provider's game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. gv888 accepts no liability for interruptions to live casino streaming caused by the studio provider's infrastructure.

8.4 Progressive Jackpots

Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the gv888 platform are provided in real time by the game studio and are subject to the studio's own jackpot terms. Jackpot wins are credited to the Player's gv888 account in Bangladeshi Taka at the prevailing exchange rate used by the game provider at the time of the win.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gv888 and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the gv888 platform or any game software.
• Engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Clause 6.4.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering).
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool to access gv888 from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or poker games.
• Making or receiving payments on behalf of other players (acting as an unlicensed payment agent).
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gv888 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or insider betting on any sports event.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by gv888

gv888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Confirmation that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the Player's wallet or bank.
• Where continuation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to gv888.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A Player who wishes to close their gv888 account voluntarily may contact the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, the Player must complete any pending wagering requirements or forfeit associated bonus funds, and withdraw any remaining real money balance to their registered mobile wallet. gv888 will process the closure within 5 business days of receiving and verifying the request.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from gv888 due to problem gambling concerns may activate self-exclusion directly from their account dashboard under the Responsible Gaming section. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. During self-exclusion, the account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms limits gv888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Amendments and Governing Law

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not been included.

14.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between gv888 and the Player with respect to use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether oral or written — relating to the subject matter herein.

14.4 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from a translation of this document into another language, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.
